1- First and foremost, the podcast goal is ONLY for having fun, a friendly enjoyable chat, and to learn new things with like-minded people with whom we have good chemistry. It is NOT for debates.

 

2- Before going ahead with organizing a podcast, we MUST have an audio phone call to see if we have good chemistry, the same wavelength of understanding/ideas/beliefs, and, most importantly, we can talk well together.

 

For example, we're mellow and chill; the way we talk is neither fast/anxious, which makes you feel agitated, nor slow, which makes you feel bored; therefore, our guests must be on the same "frequency." Otherwise, it is neither fun for us nor for the viewer/listener, even if the guest sees eye to eye with our ideas and beliefs.

 

3- All podcasts are pre-recorded. It is not a live process; there are no viewers/listeners during the recording.

 

We do this so that, in post-production, we can edit out any repeated and/or unnecessary bits because everyone, sometimes, could drift off the main subject.

 

Furthermore, guests can have the chance to change their answers in case they misunderstood a question.

 

At last but not least, that gives the guests a chance to have toilet breaks, answer a phone call, or see who is at the door, etc.

 

4- Podcasts are recorded online, and the guests can be wherever they want to be; all they need is their phone and/or a computer/laptop/tablet and a strong, stable internet connection.

 

5- If the podcast goal is to learn from the guest things that we are interested in knowing about from a personal point of view, in that case, we send them a list of questions beforehand so they can prepare the answers if they require research and/or to be mentally ready in advance. This is because some people cannot give a full, comprehensive answer when asked on the spot.

 

6- We prefer the guest to be able to show visually with their face; however, in RARE cases, depending on the subject, the guests can take part with audio only, or, if they could appear wearing a mask or makeup that changes their features.
